[ She fiddles a little with the ends of her hair, doesn't falter for a minute with her bright smile. As long as she isn't panicked and stays calm, he probably won't freak out. He seems to be handling it a lot better than the last guy. ]
What should we do first? We're going to hang out, right?
[ She's trying hard, and thanks to his confused state John's not really catching onto how calmly she is reacting to all of this. It should be a lot more disturbing to her, sort of like how it is to him.
He doesn't look less panicked himself, however. ]

[ If there were a way she could reach in and manipulate emotions she would consider doing that, because panic looks like it sucks, but unfortunately she doesn't have faith in her ability to go that far without accidentally killing him, so unfortunately for John he will have to calm down on his own.
She offers a hand though, for moral support and also so she can drag him around. ]
[ Yeah, John appreciates not being murdered horribly. If they can avoid doing that completely he'd be pretty happy, even if he's stuck in a world that looks like something a large carnivore might barf up.
He's not sure how well she's gonna be able to get him back either, but it's not like he has a reason not to trust her, so John takes her hand even if a little hesitantly. ]
